Not much info to date. A test car ex VHN was first planned about 1990/1991. The car was outlined in a diagram to be yellow with black lining. At some time in the early 1990's, the car was modified ex VHN_ 1 with the fitting of aluminium framed windows.
A Norm Bray photo shows the car in Vline colours as CS 241 in the early 1990's.
A photo about 1995 shows the car as the planned yellow with black lining.
