
The VFAA class was the 1979 recode of the _Q__ wagon. By this time, many Q wagons were being withdrawn from service.
VFAA numbers were: 1, 41, 42, 44, 46, 48-50, 52, 54, 57, 62, 76, 80, 98, 100, 102, 103, 107, 110, 111, 113-115, 120, 123, 125, 128.
Official records vary about the actual class the wagon was when scrapped. The above list represents the best record available.
The shortest lived VFAA must have been number 100. It was recoded and then painted "Off Register" about 3 weeks later.
