In March 1989, the 'Moorabool' Buffet car was reclassed to RS 234 with the name retained.
By 1991 the car was painted in red colour scheme.
In 1993, the car was transferred to Steamrail.
This car became RS 237 in 1994. It was listed as car _OS_ 237 but apparently this was a proposed code only. As RS 237, it was still called 'Norman'.
In 1995, the colours were again changed to the Heritage scheme. The name was changed to Parlor Car. The car was originally placed into service with this name in 1937.
