There were two VFR cars, numbers 1, 2.
They were converted in 1964 from VFS_ cars. The conversion involved replacing two sitting compartments with a buffet section.
In 1983, VFR 1 was recoded to BRS_ 10 when replaced to broad gauge from standard gauge.
In 1987, VFR 2 was renumbered to VFR 215. In 1990 VFR 215 was recoded to _BS_ 215.
