The VMAP lettering was the final designation for the Mildura Motorail vehicles.
VMAP 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 were relettered from VMPY 5, VMPY 6, VMPY 7, VMAY 11, VMPY 9, VMAY 20 respectively.
The recoding was done in mid 1985.
