In the 1979 recoding tank wagons were split into several groups.
The 'O' group is believed to be for diesolene traffic as the only tank wagons with this code were in that traffic.
The author has reference to VTOA 195 and 360. VTOA 195 was in Shell Diesolene traffic and VTOA 360 was an incorrectly lettered VTQA 360.
