VZFA was the class allocated to the _HR_ bogie wagons used to transport freight bogies between workshops and depots. Sixteen wagons were recoded in 1985.
The number group was 40 - 58. The conversions were usually the 2nd or 3rd wagons of the HR number.
Between 1989 and 1990, four VZFA wagons were reclassed to VZFF. The 'F' marks the wagons as maximum speed 100km/hr, instead of 70km/hr for 'A' marking, with bogies changed to suit.
The wagons were: VZFF 40, 53, 55, 57.
